I would definitely recommend Bill Hanson/Turfco for any sprinkler repair or service. He got back to me within 24 hrs of my inquiry and was able to come for a service call the next day. He used his expertise to quickly figure things out. The fee was reasonable. I was impressed.

Spectacularly! Bill was able to come out a day after we talked (I had contacted another company who said they'd come by and never did). We walked the yard and he showed me how the sprinkler system was supposed to run, but we found a bunch of the sprinkler heads were misaligned or no longer working. He works by the hour and was very honest about how much he could expect to accomplish per hour. In the end he was able to go faster than expected, so replaced more than I originally hoped in the agreed upon price. I'd DEFINITELY call Bill again!

Bill Hanson is very knowledgeable and knows the system very well. Aligns the sprinkler heads and ensures overall good operation of the system.

I had left a message requesting to have my system backflow tested for Seattle Public Utilities and the next day I received a call from Bill asking if I would like him to do the testing that afternoon since he would be in the neighborhood. Bill was very professional, reasonably priced, and willing to do just what I needed done instead of adding in services I did not need. I definitely will be using this company for all my sprinkler services (testing and repairs) in the future.

He's excellent. What I like about him is that I just call him and say, "Bill, I need you to check my system," and he comes out whether I'm home or not and fix the problem.

He was right on time, he knew what he was doing and kept at it until he was finished. Very neat at what he had to do and very personable.

Bill was on time (to the minute!), very pleasant, and absolutely knew what he was doing. He was careful not to track dirt into the house, finished up quickly and cleaned up before he left. I've been very happy with Turfco (especially their willingness to explain my very complicated irrigation system!) and would use them again.

He returned my call, said he was in the area and showed up within 20 minutes. Performed the tests, sent the results directly to the city and everything went great.

Turfco is terrific. Bill arrived at 8 am for an 8 am appointment. He knew everything that had to be done, and he did it quickly and effectively. And he was able to explain everything to me, which is quite a feat!. I was really impressed with Turfco and plan on using them the next time we need our water system checked.

It went perfectly--Bill came out, did the work, and then when one of the heads didn't do the job properly, he came out again and tried different heads until he found one that worked. His prices are very reasonable, also. We have had trouble in the past with landscapers not wanting to bother with an old system and not showing up for appointments. This has never been a problem with Bill.

The pricing was good. They were very responsive. They came and did the job we needed very quickly. They were on time and easy to work with.

I set up an appointment. Bill arrived on time. He was very receptive to questions and provided useful irrigation advice as we toured the property. He thoughtfully removed his boots without being asked when coming into the house. Bill completed the requested work that day. I'm a satisfied customer.

Today I got my call back in less than a half an hour of leaving my message, got same day service and got the dirt cleared out of the irrigation boxes (those pesky moles!). Made getting another home-maintenance/service chore checked off easily.

He arrived 15 minutes early. I recently purchased the home and did not know where the sprinkler shutoff valve was or anything about the system. He quickly found the cutoff, serviced the sprinkler system, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the system and why. Very helpful and professional.

Excellent. Bill is a man of integrity and great patience. He's also got a down to earth sense of humor. He kept in contact with us before our appointment, and showed up on time, on the agreed date. He was fast at his work, but slowed down to my pace when I asked him to explain how to use all the features on our irrigation system. He's a great communicator with his customers, and was also very frugal. Instead of selling us new sprinkler heads, he located four perfectly good heads in our lawn that were wrong for the jobs they were doing, and swapped them to fit the needs of the lawn. The price was very fair. It's been a few weeks since he's been here, and our grass has gone from a dried out, dying matte, to a beautiful, perfect, lush green lawn, thanks to his watering advice and technical solutions. We will definitely have him come back to do our lawn weatherization. Thank you, Bill!

Went well. We played telephone tag several times, but they did not give up. Made a time to be at the house. He was there early and underway before I arrived. When he started the system was all messed up. When he left it was working as it should. Obviously he knows his business.

It was a very good experience. He was actually the one who had installed it years again. They were very prompt and professional. I will use them from now on.
