They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Outstanding work and value. Andy was quick to respond and came out the next day to assess what we needed to do to improve the drainage in our crawlspace. The home is built on a sloped lot. Andy suggested a full perimeter drain install around the foundation. The work also included complete replacement of the vapor barrier. "I was charged $4,000 for installing a claw foot tub that I purchased in Oregon along with a sink I had to purchase. There was very little they had to suppl. They put in a drain pipe that went up to the roof. It took four hours. So, I figure $1,000 an hour for labor. I agreed to $3,200 because I couldn't find anyone else to do it. When the job was done, I was charged $4,000. They recommended a credit place. My payments are $54 and half of that is interest. I am on Social Security. The tub keeps me from having to go to the gum, rain or shine or snow and ice, to take a shower. I loved them, but was gobsmacked by the price."

Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future.
