"Outstanding work and value. Andy was quick to respond and came out the next day to assess what we needed to do to improve the drainage in our crawlspace. The home is built on a sloped lot. Andy suggested a full perimeter drain install around the foundation. The work also included complete replacement of the vapor barrier. All work was performed efficiently and Andy backed it up with a lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Andy and his crew."

"Dylan was on time, efficient, and friendly. He cleared our bathtub drain. It was very interesting viewing our pipes on camera. We appreciated him telling us about Hart's other services, if we were to need them in the future We enjoyed our experience with him. Thanks!"

"I had them out because I've been having problems with a drain pipe and was told to get the foundation checked. They informed me that there are no issues with the foundation and that I need to have the drain pipe sealed off since it is and extra pipe and not necessary. They were prompt and effiecient and are going to send me pictures of what they inspected."

"Sunrise was able to schedule first project that fit my schedule. The cost, with Angie's 10% discount, was approximately only $500 over what it would have cost me for the Mutual Material product and other materials. My original intent was to remove railroad ties and install new wall myself.

Based on the professionalism of Felipe and his crew and the awesome results of the wall install, I asked Matt for a quote for sod and irrigation install. Matt was very flexible with that scheduling as I was dispatched to a wildland fire. Again, Felipe and crew did superior work with site preparation and sod / irrigation system install. Given the relatively minor scope for the projects and associated costs, I felt that my project was given the same amount of quality, attention to detail and professionalism that large projects demand.

Finally, quoting a neighbor:  "The crews worked like a well-oiled machine - no wasted motion or idle time!" I totally, agree! My heartfelt appreciation goes to Felipe / all crew members and Sunrise personnel who managed the billings.

Without any reservations, I recommend Sunrise Landscaping & Tree Removal LLC for landscape projects."

"Diversified Crawl Space services helped us in our water drainage issues. Their crew was professional, on time, and well organized. They installed a crawl space drain system to take care of our wet crawl space. These guys also gave us the reasonable pricing. I would recommend Diversified to anyone looking to do water damage restoration related services over other pricey options."

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

A saturated leach field can result from various underlying issues, so it's best to call a professional septic company to diagnose and treat the problem. Depending on the cause of the saturation, potential fixes include pumping out a full septic tank, adding more bacteria to the tank, or regrading the soil to fix low spots. It may also be necessary to reroute rainwater and runoff away from the leach field using gutters, downspouts, and extenders. Once the primary issue is resolved, planting specific types of vegetation over the area can help absorb excess water. In more severe cases, you might need to install a larger septic tank or replace the leach field entirely.

No. You should dispose of all oil-based finishing products through a local hazardous waste program. Not only can oil-based finishes be hazardous for the environment if disposed of in the sink, but they can cause clogs in your pipes and stop up your drains. Most municipal garbage or waste disposal companies have a specific location or pick-up schedule for hazardous materials, so that’s your best bet to get rid of excess finishing products.

Yes, you can pour water down the toilet to help it flush. For each flush, you’ll need 1 to 2 gallons of water for newer toilets or 3 to 5 gallons of water for older toilets. Rather than dumping the entire bucket in all at once, pour the water in slowly for the best results. If you’re pouring water down the toilet to help it flush after a clog, only use 1 gallon of hot water.

If your drain doesn’t have metal crosshairs or crossbars, you should use a tub drain extractor. These tools create a grip on the drain so you can turn it using a 1/2-inch ratchet drive, drain key, or wrench. Your drain may not have crosshairs if it's old and broken.

Some homeowners use additives every month to help septic system performance, but according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the effectiveness of septic system and leach field additives is unknown. Further, additives made with organic solvents or alkali chemicals can actually be harmful to the necessary bacteria in a septic system.
