"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. "Pinpoint re-graded and re-graveled my driveway, using a laser to accurately slope the drive, so water would drain away from the house. Re-grading involved excavation of the old gravel (to lower the drive), removal of some large rocks which were encountered, and hauling away of all the excavated material. New gravel was then spread and compacted. I am completely happy with the work and Pinpoint. Pinpoint was professional, with good equipment, arrived on time, did what they said they would do, completed the work promptly, didn't leave a mess, and provided a great looking job.
