I found him to be a very good listener as he understood the scope of the job. After visiting the job site, he called again to confirm what was to be done and bidded the job. When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects.
