"My wife and I just completed an outdoor project that included a patio with new plants and a rockery. We needed to create some privacy and decided to have an arbor built in the corner of the patio. The finished product did provide some privacy and framed in the patio to give it a more finished look. Eagle Outdoor Living had been recommended to us by a local outdoor furniture business. I called Eagle and spoke with Wendy and Rocky and arranged a time to meet. Summer was approaching at the time. They were understandably booked out a ways but, we managed to get on their calendar. It was a pleasure working with these two. They were both super informative and friendly. Their subcontractor who actually built the arbor was Michael. He was excellent. He comes with a lot of experience and had good leadership skills. We are very pleased with all of the work that was done. "Found Jeff Culver via Google. He returned my initial call within 2 hours & visited me the same day to review the area. Turns out whoever built our home did a very poor job with little to no proper drainage. I am extremely pleased knowing that the defective drainage issues have been corrected. On a related note, Jeff accidently damaged a gutter on the garage. Had he not told me, I probably would not have noticed. Jeff quickly owned up and with 48 hours, he had an outside gutter company replace the entire gutter. MAJOR THUMBS UP. We also had Jeff repair our driveway. It was basically a dirt path through the woods. He took the time to properly grade it. He added a solid base layer and then finishing layer of mixed stone that when compacted and dried is seems like asphalt or concrete. When quoting the bid and then performing the job, they were punctual, reasonable, professional, responsive, and communicated well. It was great to work with someone who let us know the time they would likely be on-site and then followed up with a phone call that day confirming when they would be arriving. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent stripping job of the fire-lane that was very professional looking. When someone vandalized the stripping job by painting over parts of it with white paint, they arranged to restripe the fire-lane by withing two days of our calling them. They cleaned up the mess at a reasonable charge and did a beautiful re-stripping job that was as good if not better looking than the original one!
