I found him to be a very good listener as he understood the scope of the job. After visiting the job site, he called again to confirm what was to be done and bidded the job. I advised that I needed to confer with my partner before making a business decision and the next day, Tony followed up. We discussed drip vs in ground irrigation, agreed on a fair price then the work was scheduled and completed quickly. When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects.
