"Tony from Let's Work Lawn Care and Pressure Washing promptly called me after I inputted a service request to HomeAdvisor. I found him to be a very good listener as he understood the scope of the job. After visiting the job site, he called again to confirm what was to be done and bidded the job. To me, it seemed reasonable as I do this type of work myself but in a different city. I advised that I needed to confer with my partner before making a business decision and the next day, Tony followed up. I found him to be professional, polite and had great follow through on the business side. Tony stated he'd take before and after pictures to confirm the work was done (again, I am in a different city) and would invoice me once completed. I found Tony's follow through to be exceptional as he did everything he said he'd do throughout this entire job process. The area he cleaned up looks amazing! Tony cleared up maybe five five to eight years of yard neglect, blackberries grown as high as five feet and thick and tree droppings and overall vegetation debris. I have made the decision to hire Tony to come out bi monthly for maintenance because the pricing is competitive and the work he did looks wonderful. I'd highly recommend Tony based on this interaction we've had and I am so glad I was able to find him through HomeAdvisor."

"We hired RT Total Lawn Care (don’t be fooled by their name, they do much more than lawns) to build a free-standing cedar deck and steps from our RV. They offered a free estimate and arrived soon after we contacted them. There was excellent communication about what we needed, their design suggestions and the price. When quoting the bid and then performing the job, they were punctual, reasonable, professional, responsive, and communicated well. It was great to work with someone who let us know the time they would likely be on-site and then followed up with a phone call that day confirming when they would be arriving. They arrived when they said they would and did an excellent stripping job of the fire-lane that was very professional looking. When someone vandalized the stripping job by painting over parts of it with white paint, they arranged to restripe the fire-lane by withing two days of our calling them. They cleaned up the mess at a reasonable charge and did a beautiful re-stripping job that was as good if not better looking than the original one! "We got Matt's name from our neighbor and found him to be a pleasant guy. He stopped by to check out our potential job and offered possibilities for pavers; gave us the name of the company he uses to supply pavers so we could see them first hand. We agreed on the scope of the job and a starting date.
 The job started 3 days later than expected because his prior customer added something at the last minute. But when they arrived, they got right to work removing our concrete porches, all walkways and the driveway. They pulled out the tree in front of our stairwell window that had gotten overgrown and a Japanese lace leaf maple that was also too big in a separate bed. They hauled away concrete so it could be recycled as crushed gravel to reuse as the layer directly under the pavers. Loved the recycle/reuse idea. Excess dirt and plantings were removed and the grading began.
 They began placing the pavers at the foot of the driveway, working toward the garage and house. We chose a pattern called "ashlar" and pavers from Pacific Slate called "sandalwood". The trim blocks along all sides were 4" x 4" blocks from Pacific Slate in "shadow". The placing of the pavers takes quite a bit of time but it's worth the time and labor.  Matt's wife, Tif, brought new plants and placed them in the new beds and put bark on top.  We had them put in an Alpine Fir in one bed and Matt suggested a Green Arrow Alaska Cedar in the bed in front of the stairwell.
 Several days after the final pavers were laid and plantings finished, a clear coat of sealer was rolled on the walkways, driveway and porches.  It looks great and we are very pleased.
