Peter, the owner, assisted initially and was friendly and professional helping us through the permit process. The on-site Supervisor Daniel, for the deck construction, is very friendly and helpful. The crew, Joel and Curtis, are also friendly and helpful working hard and steady through the completion of deck. Finally, Ben, the other Owner, is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We had several contractors lined up, after numerous "I'll get to it in the next few weeks" the summer months had passed & time was running out. Frustrated, I did a search found HomeAdvisor and within the hour had 2 or 3 interested contractors, Luis called right away, went out to our site called with a bid & gave me a date he could do the work and we accepted. Get this!! , Luis and his crew even completed the project a full week ahead of the original date. We are very very pleased with the work and our experience with Luis and Home Advisor."

"Tony from Let's Work Lawn Care and Pressure Washing promptly called me after I inputted a service request to HomeAdvisor. I found him to be a very good listener as he understood the scope of the job. After visiting the job site, he called again to confirm what was to be done and bidded the job. To me, it seemed reasonable as I do this type of work myself but in a different city. I advised that I needed to confer with my partner before making a business decision and the next day, Tony followed up. I found him to be professional, polite and had great follow through on the business side. Tony stated he'd take before and after pictures to confirm the work was done (again, I am in a different city) and would invoice me once completed. I found Tony's follow through to be exceptional as he did everything he said he'd do throughout this entire job process. The area he cleaned up looks amazing! Tony cleared up maybe five five to eight years of yard neglect, blackberries grown as high as five feet and thick and tree droppings and overall vegetation debris. I have made the decision to hire Tony to come out bi monthly for maintenance because the pricing is competitive and the work he did looks wonderful. I'd highly recommend Tony based on this interaction we've had and I am so glad I was able to find him through HomeAdvisor."

We discussed drip vs in ground irrigation, agreed on a fair price then the work was scheduled and completed quickly. When done, RT’s crew did a thorough clean up and Rafael and Sara came back to do a walk through. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to working them on other projects.
