When I wasn’t sure of the best product to use but knew what I wanted it to look like, he would offer options from lower priced, mid-range, and higher-end. Gave me pros and cons and left it up to me to choose, and I appreciated the options. The job was a remodel of the living room, dining room, and entryway. He replaced four windows and the front door. Closed off one wall and made the entry on another. Replaced the entryway closet with a built-in. The walls, ceiling, and trim were updated, installed, and painted. He also did the flooring"

The cabinets were smaller than the originals, visibly misaligned, and left with gaps. They left holes in the walls, didn?t clean up their mess, and the little ?patchwork? they did attempt looked rushed and unprofessional. They breached the terms of our agreement by leaving trash behind and refusing to sign a simple follow-up contract before returning to fix their mistakes. Instead of taking accountability, they walked away. Bottom line: they didn?t finish the job, didn?t respect the contract, and didn?t stand behind their work.
