"I was recently seeking a contractor on Angi for an urgent interior paint project at my home with quick turnaround time. This bedroom paint project included wall paint (2 colors; 1 accent wall), wall baseboard trim repair + paint, door trim repair + paint, door paint, and a plumbing panel replacement + paint. I explained my situation (baby on the way/arriving in weeks, nesting) and project details, and Eugene stopped by the same day to get a good look at room needing paint + repairs. Eugene was able to meet my familyâ s needs to get this room ready within one week. Although the estimated job timeline slid out by one day due to factors out of Eugeneâ s control (cold room on the basement floor, so paint takes longer to dry between coats), he did an excellent job with all the promised work: the paints of coat were even and full, the lines between the two colors of paint were crisp and clean, and the baseboard trim was looking sharp! Eugene does great work, heâ s really responsive and communicative throughout the process, heâ s really professional, and he is very kind. "He did a thorough job on the furnace inspection and removed a filter that wasn't needed. The heat pump was a different story and the main reason we called them. There was a noise that the heat pump shouldn't be making and he said that the pressure was low and there was a leak somewhere. He couldn't guaranty that fixing the leak would solve the problem and suggested that we replace the heat pump. We got two more opinions and both said that the noise was normal for low pressure in the line and fixing the leak should solve the problem. I just don't think he was as up front as he should be by pressing to replace rather than fix.
