"I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"We hired Paul DeMars to install gutters and gutter blocks. We were very satisfied with this work. As this work was being done, we spoke with Paul about doing a number of projects for us. For example, an area of exterior siding was leaking. The leak cracked and expanded two areas of expensive floor molding in the master bedroom. Paul repaired the leak, replaced and painted the siding and then replaced the molding and primed the wood. (The priming was so well done that I asked my husband if we really needed the painters to put a finish coat on.) Whatever Paul did - siding repair and repainting, drywall replacement, cedar ceiling repair and refinishing- it looked like new when he finished. There was no visible sign of repair. Aside from the consistent excellent quality of his work, Paul’s charges were very reasonable. The work was done in a timely fashion and he never once failed to communicate with us. We were very appreciative of all the pictures, complete with explanatory notes and arrows, when he opened up the siding and drywall to find and repair leaks. He never failed to leave his work area in a tidy manner when finishing for the day. We recommend Paul highly and would not hesitate to hire him again."
