Installed hardy board siding on entire house. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable workers. They cleaned up the worksite each day. No loud music. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I only had a small job replacing a slider but received service like I was replacing all the windows. Jamie took the time to make sure the custom fit was perfect and exactly as I wished. He was fast, thorough and professional. Iâ  d definitely recommend him.

We hired WCV to replace all of our windows and two sliding doors in our home. Jamie made sure the project went efficiently. He is very conscientious and gave us great service. The price was great and the black vinyl windows look so good. Bob did a fantastic job installing windows.

They are very friendly and accommodating in getting the work done. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been in constant contact with each other and both sides have agreed that the work will be done when it's feasible to do so.

What a great experience from estimate to job conclusion. The installers were real pros who took great pride in their work. We have an older home where modern windows are difficult to properly install. The crew not only put them in right, but corrected a few odd defects in the house and custom trimmed the windows in. Overall I was really impressed with their work and craftsmanship.

Some of our windows were rather difficult in height to reach as well as some other challenges that comes with an hold house. The installers were highly skilled and professional. Hard working team. I would certainly recommend them.

We were very happy with the sliding glass door to our deck. It cost a couple hundred dollars less than I expected. When the installer installed the windows, the old glass apparently was not installed correctly, and the glass dropped and shattered. He did such a great job picking up all of the tiny pieces of glass that had fallen, and able to tape the glass to prevent it from collapsing all over the deck and ground below. I have not found one single piece of glass since the install! We love our new windows, Thank You, WCV Windows.

Quality work. Windows and sliding door work and look great. Needed only a few windows on the back of the house. They did a great job of making sure they matched the windows on the rest of the house.

The owner showed up for the sale, then disappeared. Communications were nonexistent. I was told a guy would come out in a few days to do final measurements, but it took almost 2 weeks and he showed up during dinner one night, unannounced. After measure, I was told 2-3 weeks for the windows to be made and install to be scheduled. That turned into a month. Next, I got a VM from the owner proposing installation dates, which I accepted, then heard nothing until the day of proposed install. I didn't even know if the work was going to take place, until I initiated contact with the owner at 8 AM, on install day. He told me the guys show up between 9-10 AM. After they arrived and got to work, it went quick, but not perfect. Two of the main windows that the team installed came out very bad. They claimed it couldn't be helped due to the status of the structure, but put in very little time working on it. After the installation, which took 5 hours instead of 16 on the estimate, I contacted the owner to see if some adjustments could be made to the final bill, due to the mentioned issues. Even though it was clear I wasn't pleased, no effort was made to rectify the situation or drop the bill. To ice the cake, if you use a credit card for payment they want to charge you an additional 8%. Who uses checks anymore, and what company doesn't take cards when they sell expensive products? Full disclosure, he covered the credit card fees but acted like he was doing me a favor by doing it. Piss poor customer service, and I feel I was taken advantage of, regarding the labor. During our conversations, the owner stated several times that they routinely install jobs like mine in a day, yet charged me for '2 maybe 3 days of labor' on the bid. T&M was never an option, and as previously mentioned, no effort was made to work with the customer. Will not use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Came to job a little late, job done well once here and working. Went longer than anticipated, but overall positive experience.

They have multiple projects for me. I found their knowledge of the product and quality of the work to be highly professional. They always communicated what they were doing and when. They did quality work at a great price. We we never felt there were pressure sales or forced to buy anything.

First thing the rep did not give the paperwork to the finance people for a week. I had to call to find out what was going on with that part. Oh and the job was suppose to take 3-4 weeks top from sign to finish. They just finished on 10-8-14 so it took two months. So I waited for a call from them saying I was approved and that the installer would be out to do a final measurement so they could get everything ordered. I had to call to make sure I was approved and I was, then the installer shows up with no phone call due to they gave him the wrong phone number. He looked at everything and recommended I replace the sheeting under the siding due to it was so old. My house was built in 1959 and I wanted the job done right so I agreed. That was a extra $1900.00 and we talked about putting insulation in the walls because there was none. At the time I said no lets just get everything ordered so we can get this project going. Then I heard nothing back from the company about anything so I started to call the sales rep and the company to find out what was taking so long. They said they were busy so it is going to take longer. After making multiple phone calls and leaving multiple messages I started to get no reply to my calls and no answer on their phones. I should have just pulled out then and went with another company but I figured I was in to deep with this one to make the change. I had even called to talk to a manager and was transferred to some ladies phone that was not the manager and never returned my call. Finally I called the finance lady and said if I don't get a call back I was going to back out of the deal. And guess what i got a phone call from her and the sales rep the same day saying the product was ordered and they would let me know when the install date would be. On Monday they came back and they were sort two guys because they called in sick so they did not get as much done as they wanted to. The next day they had a full crew and started to take the back side of the house off. Again there was a lot of stuff falling from inside the walls into the house and the bathroom fan was pushed out of the wall and the switch to turn it on was also pushed out. The way the windows had been installed made it so when they were taking apart the house all of the caulking was ripped apart on the inside and outside. So now I have to clean up all of the stuff that fell into the house and I have to fix all the caulking around the windows and I have to fix the wall were the nail heads popped out of the sheet rock. I also have to fix the bathroom fan and the switch and I have to caulk around the outside hose faucets were there is a gap between the siding and the part they used to go around the faucet. Now on 10-10-14 I put in a call to the sales rep about the ends of the beams not being covered and if they should have been or do I need to paint them, the dumpster still is in front of my house so I called to make sure it would be picked up.
