They do not have full control of worker schedules and quality. This will cause issues! I have a flat roof that needed repair and they sub-contracted out to another company who did a poor job. They did not add foam underlay for water shedding, no ventilation was included, and no top caps for parapets were installed. I now have an unfinished roof that is likely a mold nightmare. I have spent 4 months back and forth with them promising to come back and fix it with zero action. I now have a pending lawsuit for all the money I spent for an improper roof. Hire a company that owns equipment and hires workers on staff."

Gerardo figured it out and his staff fixed the problem. This required a section of floor removal and drywall as well as some pipe reconfiguration from the adjoining bathroom. I also had a custom support beam added to my front porch and two exterior electrical outlets replaced. Going above in beyond, I got a new windowsill installed and a minor fence fix.
