"Thank you for the 3D designs. It saved a lot of money that would otherwise not have given the results."

"Iconiq Construction just finished our full kitchen renovation, and I couldn't be happier. It's my dream kitchen. I had a clear vision and a lot of details I cared about, and the team worked with me to bring every one of them to life. Sean's kindness, professionalism, and calm demeanor made the chaos of renovation feel so much more manageable, and Ben's drive and follow-through made sure every last detail got finished. Thank you for your hard work and for seeing it through. Highly recommended!"

"Rachael is my go-to home interior designer. In the past ten years, she has turned two spec homes into nicely designed homes for us. She coordinated with the builders to work on the floor space and design. She helped us source home finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and lighting. Additionally, Rachael completed the design work with a furniture package, artwork, accessories and decor. She stayed within our budget, was timely, communicated well, and, most importantly, worked with our personal preferences to ensure that our homes became our dream homes."

"We looked for a long time for a serious company for the installation of a metal roof and we received several quotes. I can recommend you without hesitation, the company Near Me Roofing for the quality of this work and for the customer service offered by Ari and Elijah. This person is very helpful and always attentive to your needs. Thank you."

"My home has gone from my first home to my forever home. They remodeled almost the whole interior of my home (Master bath, guest bath, living room, kitchen, bonus room, & guest room). It was a large project. CJ and his crew did an amazing job! CJ took my vision and made it into a reality. I had met with two other contractors. CJ pricing was reasonable, and the crew was friendly - which made Cedarbrooks the best choice. My dog even liked them! Strongly recommend for any size project inside and outside of your home."

"E.B. Construction did a wonderful job installing a playset in my backyard. Communication was great and the team was professional. Cleaned up everything well after the job was done. Will use E.B. construction in the future for handyman needs."

"Omer & Eddie designed & built our new deck. They did all the drawings, submitted to the city for permits, scheduled the work and completed the install. The scope was very clear and timeline was communicated pretty well."

"Kevin worked with us on our home remodeling project in 2023/24. We had a dated 1979 property that needed totally redesigning to eliminate some pretty awful existing features. Kevin came up with a number of possible solutions for the design. We finally settled on a scheme that we were happy with. Kevin was very tolerant when we then changed our minds requiring him to redo some of the drawings. Kevin has also been available to offer help and advice during the construction process."
