"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"SO thankful I found this awesome company and team! Absolutely recommend!!! One of my bedroom blackout cellular shades got some yucky stubborn stains courtesy of our baby. I honestly thought we'd need to get all new shades (so they match) costing hundreds of dollars. They were awesome when I initially phoned, when I dropped it off they said they'd try to expedite it so I wasn't woken up early by the sun :), the initial cleaning didn't get it off, so the technician called me and asked permission to be more aggressive, flagging the risk of damage... and it worked!!! When I went to pick it up I offered to pay more given the amount of time they spent on it and they politely declined and were just happy to have helped. We had the best nights sleep that evening, because it was dark :), didn't smell yucky, had ticked off a job that could have been way more complex and costly and just felt so appreciative of the awesome service we received. THANK YOU!!!"

"I scheduled a deep cleaning for a move out for a kitchen utility room and 2 bathrooms (one was already clean). 2 people 3 hours (6 hours total) and I had to scrub the wall behind the stove which was left full of grease. The linoleum floor was still very dirty. The house was empty so it wasn't like they had to move furniture or dishes even. This cleaning would never has passed a deposit inspection. When I originally scheduled it, it was set for a morning time frame. After the non refundable deposit had been made, they told me they had to change the time to afternoon. They said sorry they didn't have the morning available after all and my schedule didn't seem to matter. I sent the photos of the quality along with an email but got no response. I wish I could share the photos I took. * Update: Although the office manager called me eventually, she offered no satisfaction but did acknowledge that the cleaners hadn't completed the work that was requested. I still feel that since the work was not completed as contracted, there should have been a partial refund but none was given. I won't use them again."
