I scheduled a deep cleaning for a move out for a kitchen utility room and 2 bathrooms (one was already clean). 2 people 3 hours (6 hours total) and I had to scrub the wall behind the stove which was left full of grease. The linoleum floor was still very dirty. The house was empty so it wasn't like they had to move furniture or dishes even. This cleaning would never has passed a deposit inspection. When I originally scheduled it, it was set for a morning time frame. After the non refundable deposit had been made, they told me they had to change the time to afternoon. They said sorry they didn't have the morning available after all and my schedule didn't seem to matter. I sent the photos of the quality along with an email but got no response. I wish I could share the photos I took. * Update: Although the office manager called me eventually, she offered no satisfaction but did acknowledge that the cleaners hadn't completed the work that was requested. I still feel that since the work was not completed as contracted, there should have been a partial refund but none was given. I won't use them again.

Our customer satisfaction guarantee offers to reclean an area that doesn't meet our clients' expectations if we are called within 24 hours of the service. Again, please accept my apologies about the scheduling change. At the time of your booking it appeared that we had a morning slot available although we typically do move-out cleans in the afternoons after we've serviced our recurring clients. We should have communicated that a morning arrival time preference would be noted but that we couldn't commit to it. Thank you for your feedback - we will make adjustments here in the office"

The 2 ladies showed up right on time and I was blown away with the quality of their work. They cleaning my 2-story, 3-bedroom home from top-to-bottom in 3 hours. This also included my special requests to clean all appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer) both inside and out and to clean all baseboards throughout the house. This was money well spent and very reasonably priced. I couldn't stop saying great things about Molly Maids, I had a friend hire them for her place a few days later. I will definitely use Molly Maids again in the future.

It went very well. I was able to plan the whole thing out as a surprise to my daughter. They were on time and did a great job. The cleaning ladies took great care in cleaning all the corners of the house, it was fantastic.

I am a working mother with 4 children and home and I just couldn't do it myself anymore.
We called Molly Maid, they come to your house, perform a walk through and ask about what services we wanted.
I have not been disappointed. My counters have never been so spotless. Kids bedding are tightly tucked in rooms vacuumed.
Bathrooms are spotless. But my favorite thing of all is when they vacuum my couch. I can breathe easy knowing my house will be clean when I get home.
I have them come on a weekly basis. The ladies have all been very nice.
Nothing but good things to say about this Molly Maid branch.

We've used them for about 12 weeks and having never used a cleaning service, I wasn't sure it would be worth the money, but it is. They are a little more expensive than a mom and pop type service, but they are professional, insured, prompt, and thorough. We paid them a little more for the first cleaning, but have kept up the weekly service because we both work and have 2 dogs and trying to keep the house clean has been a chore. They are a blessing and we plan to continue using them.
