"I wished we'd known about the areas that didn't meet your expectations so we could have sent your team back out to reclean that area at no charge. Our customer satisfaction guarantee offers to reclean an area that doesn't meet our clients' expectations if we are called within 24 hours of the service. Again, please accept my apologies about the scheduling change. At the time of your booking it appeared that we had a morning slot available although we typically do move-out cleans in the afternoons after we've serviced our recurring clients. I am a working mother with 4 children and home and I just couldn't do it myself anymore.
We called Molly Maid, they come to your house, perform a walk through and ask about what services we wanted.
I have not been disappointed. My counters have never been so spotless. Kids bedding are tightly tucked in rooms vacuumed.
Bathrooms are spotless. But my favorite thing of all is when they vacuum my couch. I can breathe easy knowing my house will be clean when I get home.
I have them come on a weekly basis. The ladies have all been very nice.
