Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. Inconsistency in usage between nails and screws. Mistakes made were corrected however wood was not replaced which reflected multiple nail holes. Quality wood was not used consistently. Infrastructure and design was good."
