He has a great eye and made some suggestions to the final design we are so happy with. In addition to great quality of work, his pricing was very fair and he used great materials. I usually require half down to start the job, depending on how big the job is. Occasionally I will use sub-contractors. I do give Military/Senior discounts of 10%.
