"I cannot express enough how unsatisfied I am with the ER Eliete Remodeling Services, LLC and the services provided by the general contractor I hired for my home renovation project. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I regret choosing them and would strongly advise others against making the same mistake. Poor Quality Workmanship: The quality of their work was abysmal. The finishes were sloppy, and it was evident that they lacked attention to detail. I had to point out numerous mistakes and flaws that should have been caught during the construction process. Unprofessional Behavior: The behavior of the contractor and their crew was unprofessional and disrespectful. They yelled at my wife, and constantly said we are to picky Lack of Expertise: It became apparent that the contractor lacked the necessary expertise to handle certain aspects of the project. They made numerous mistakes that had to be fixed, causing even more delays and frustration. Had to pay others to fix their mistakes. In conclusion, my experience with this general contractor was a complete disaster.
