We were very satisfied with the overall process through to the final product. From the very beginning Virgil was up front about the details of the project and followed through on all commitments. Damage found as a result of weather (water damage, rot, etc.) was dealt with immediately and not simply covered up. Their craftmanship and attention to detail is exceptional.
