"We have an older place that we wanted to have the bathroom remodeled in. I filled out the info on Angi and received a call from Eric with Vanderlip Const. He set up an appointment and came out and looked at our project and listened to what we were wanting to have done. He was very thoughtful , personable, and knowledgeable about all of the things that we were wanting done and more. One of the very best things about Eric is that he is very honest and upfront, but doesn't slam things in your face when he tells you. Because of the age and condition of our place he suggested we get a few things done before conquering the actual bathroom remodel. We thought about what he suggested and agreed that was the best thing to do. He set us up with a few of his subcontractors to get estimates and timelines on their part of the work to be done. All of them have been very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We did schedule work with one of them so far and he was absolutely fantastic, and very reasonable. We are still working the the others and trying to get one item done at a time. Eric is always checking in to see how things are going and asking if there is anything he can do to help. We will hopefully be done with the "things you don't see" and can have Eric come in and get our actual bathroom remodel done soon! We feel good about the decision to follow his advice and get some underlying issues done first!"

"Were very responsive right from the start.  Came out the same day that I called..on Thursday.  Got all the needed info.  Installed the furnace and air cleaner the following day...a Friday.  Is a new type of furnace..modulating.  Takes a little time to get used to...  I placed a called on Saturday evening for I was cold.  Fellow was out within an hr.  He made some adjustments and reminded me how the furnace worked.   
  At the time I ordered the furnace, I also ordered a special o-zone free air scrubber that had to be special ordered..I have many allergies and asthma...
   On Tuesday, the ducting was cleaned and sealed.  When Dave G. left the shop, the air scrubber hadn't arrived yet, but during the day, the owner brought it out.
  Everyone that I dealt with were great..from Jennifer in Customer Service; Dave V. who came out and got all the tech info; the fellows who installed the furnace; the service tech who answered my weekend call; Dave G. who did the cleaning, sealing, and adding the air scrubber; and, Glenn who brought out the air scrubber. 
  This company's customer service is EXCEPTIONAL.
