I had streamline construction hired to do some repairs and maintenance on my roof. The crew was on time, respectful and courteous. Joe was professional and a great communicator throughout the entire project. I was not present during the work, so the photos, explanations, and timeline were very helpful. His bid was fair, not the lowest, but his interactions put me at ease and made me feel they were the right crew for the job. They also kept the worksite clean. The only detractor is the lack of electronic payment options. I would recommend giving them a call if you need if reliability and communication are important to you. A job well done, Joe. Thanks.

Joe is AWESOME. His customer service is amazing, he gets straight to the point, and more than anything, you can trust him. We had water damage on the ceiling of the garage that was coming from the front of our house, on the second story of the home. Joe did a thorough inspection and pinpointed the issue to a gutter/siding issue. He charged me a fair price, and cleaned everything up. We've experienced a few large rainstorms since he fixed it and everythign is bone dry inside. THANK YOU JOE! I will refer my friends and family.

I hired Joe to complete a number of miscellaneous structural fixes for my old house (new to me, but over 100 years old!). Repairs included: - Removal of old, crumbling, non-functional chimney and framing new section of roof in its place - Installation of zinc strips at roof ridge to deter moss growth, rebuild of roof ridge, existing moss removal, replacement of missing (previously-roofed-over) roof vents, and other small roof repairs - Reinforcement, minor rebuilding, and cleaning of neglected gutters - Reinforcement of second floor balcony (placement of two new posts and one lateral support beam) - Repair of two rotting floor joists in home's foundation Joe is a terrific contractor! He is friendly, considerate, and professional. He is passionate about providing the highest quality work! I found that Joe was happy to discuss his process for each type of repair, help me weigh my options, etc. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated his expertise and consultative approach. We will be hiring Joe for projects in the future!

Joe answered my email via phone within a couple hours and came out to the property that day. I had him give me some ideas on a remodel of a smaller home we are thinking of purchasing. We wanted to know our options before placing an offer. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional and full of great insight. He charged $75 to come out and it was worth every penny. If we decide to do buy the home or have any future needs we would definitely hire Joe.

Contractor showed up on Thanksgiving weekend to start the project  and on the following Monday with a helper to do the T1-11 as it was on the second floor.

He was on time ,very professional, and the work  

appears to have been of highest quality.

He pointed out several projects that need to be done next year and suggested that since they would be costly that I get several bids. I thought this was very  professional.

I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

One person came out. We were not aware that if we did not have enough work to do at the time the man came, we could not have him come back another day. We shouldn't have scheduled him to come out very quickly because there was more deck work that could have been done during that time period. The offer was for 8 hours and he was here for approximately 3 hours. He did not clean up after himself when he finished.

It went excellently, we loved it. He was on time, worked very quickly and was always making sure we were getting the most out of our time with him.

The job went very smooth. He arrived on time, sealed and repainted more gaps than I had found. He also went on the roof and resealed around the roof vents. I didn't even think of that, he just went ahead and did it.  Now I'm ready for the winter rain! Great Job!

I contacted Joe with a list of various handyman tasks. He made an appointment to survey the list, arrived on time and was professional & easy to talk with. We scheduled for the repairs a couple weeks out, and although I had to make a couple last minute changes, he adapted with ease. He got the entire list finished with a bit of time to spare. I am very pleased and found him capable for problem solving with skill and speed.

Joe gave me an accurate estimate for what he could do within my budget. He did the work agreed-upon in the specified time. I just wish my budget was as big as my project list - I'd have Joe do many more jobs for me!

The painting was very well done and we were pleased with the finished work.  He did a thorough clean up and replaced all items that were moved.
