They then sent the first crew that made incredibly quick work of efficiently taking down a very large tree with five trunks and cleaning everything up so there was no debris whatsoever. 7. Then came the stump grinding crew who figured out how to navigate an impossible small entryway and ground the stump to nothing. 8 Finally they swept everything up and even cleaned up leaves in the garden that had nothing to do with the job. 9. At each stage someone from the company called me before and after to make sure I knew what was going to happen and then to follow up and make sure it went as I expected. It just does not get any better than this. They could write the book on customer service."
