I work from my home.I am licensed by the State.I charge a fee of $95.00 plus travel(gas)for pickup and delivery(usually applies to Riding Mowers and equipment of that size.Occationally will work at the job site,depending on the equipment and or job.My general rate for(most)equipment(lawnmowers,generators,roto-tillers,edgers,pressure washers) is $51.00-$59.95 plus parts for tune ups.Riding mowers are $100.00-$120.00 plus parts.Anything outside the tune-up is extra.Tune-ups consist of cleaning out the gas tank,fuel line and carburetor,(except on Riding Mowers),changing oil,oil filters(if installed) sparkplug and air filter.It also includes sharpening and balancing the blade(s)and any small adjustments needed.I do have a $37.00 minimum charge for an evaluation.If I have to clean the underside of Decks on mowers or clean the upper deck of lots of grass,oil,etc. then an additional charge will be applied (so please clean at least,some of the mess).Thanks Additional area served-Greater Seattle Area, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Renton,Kent, North Seattle, Lynnwood, Vashon Island, Federal Way, and a few other areas (call first,always)

"Classic Nursery was a breath of fresh air after a very negative and fruitless experience with another landscaper. There's a new McMansion looming over my backyard and I needed a solution to regain the privacy I lost with an elevated three-story structure right up against my property. I fortunately found Classic and couldn't be happier so far. After reaching out, Classic set up an initial call to talk through my project. We then scheduled an in-person on-site meeting to walk through the area to be redesigned. The in-person meeting was with Alan, a landscape architect, who arrived with a whole folder of landscaping-related pamphlets and guides that were rich with ideas and suggestions for plantings and landscaping ideas. He then discussed a wide range of options and suggestions for how best to tackle the challenge. Within 24 hours I received a detailed estimate at far less a cost than I'd anticipated with plenty of room to modify and shape the project as it moves forward. The entire process has been professional, courteous, thoughtful, and really focused on customer service. I've signed the contract and will be back with an update once the work is complete!!"

"The first attempt at repair took over a month, and the repair was faulty and failed the day the mower was picked up. The next repair took 5 months, and according to the Mower Shop, was a supply issue. But Kohler indicated they were never aware that the Mower Shop was doing work on the machine, and when I made them aware, Kohler finally stepped up to get things done. But...the Mower Shop did another faulty repair, and they admitted forgetting to put parts on the machine following their work. In addition, the seat on my new machine was damaged by the shop and they refused to admit to doing it. When I complained that the machine was literally falling apart due to their faulty repair, a male called me after hours and yelled and screamed at me, used the "F" word repeatedly, threatened to kick my a**, and told me it was my responsibility to return 22 miles for the FOURTH time so they could fix their second repair mistake. They refuse to give me the name of the person that called me and refuse to fix the seat they damaged. It has a huge new cut in the seat that was not there when I took it in. Worst customer service, deceptive about their warranty certification, unqualified repair tech, and reputed owner Audra Holt had to tell the employee to settle down as she was listening to him screaming and yelling profanities and threatening to kick my a** over the phone. This guy is out of control. My opinion is he sounded like he was possibly under the influence or has serious anger management issues. In short, after 6 months my machine is still not fixed, is under warranty, and the reputed owner won't respond. Buyer Beware! The Mower Shop in Seattle is not what it used to be and the new owner has a lot to learn about customer service."

They are not the cheapest contractors or the fastest, but they do good work. There are contractors you would hire to do a flip, and ones that you'd hire to work on your home - and PQT is the latter."
