The first attempt at repair took over a month, and the repair was faulty and failed the day the mower was picked up. The next repair took 5 months, and according to the Mower Shop, was a supply issue. But Kohler indicated they were never aware that the Mower Shop was doing work on the machine, and when I made them aware, Kohler finally stepped up to get things done. But...the Mower Shop did another faulty repair, and they admitted forgetting to put parts on the machine following their work. In addition, the seat on my new machine was damaged by the shop and they refused to admit to doing it. When I complained that the machine was literally falling apart due to their faulty repair, a male called me after hours and yelled and screamed at me, used the "F" word repeatedly, threatened to kick my a**, and told me it was my responsibility to return 22 miles for the FOURTH time so they could fix their second repair mistake. They refuse to give me the name of the person that called me and refuse to fix the seat they damaged. It has a huge new cut in the seat that was not there when I took it in. Worst customer service, deceptive about their warranty certification, unqualified repair tech, and reputed owner Audra Holt had to tell the employee to settle down as she was listening to him screaming and yelling profanities and threatening to kick my a** over the phone. This guy is out of control. My opinion is he sounded like he was possibly under the influence or has serious anger management issues. In short, after 6 months my machine is still not fixed, is under warranty, and the reputed owner won't respond. Buyer Beware! The Mower Shop in Seattle is not what it used to be and the new owner has a lot to learn about customer service.

Terrible customer service since they changed hands. Took in a chainsaw chain for sharpening on a Wednesday. They told me it would be ready by the next Tuesday, price $12. No call after a week, so I called them. Not only no answer all day, but their voicemail box is full. So I drive 5 miles to the store, and ask for my chain. I'm rudely told it's not done, and that I should have waited for them to call me. I ask when it will be done because I need it before the next weekend. I'm told for sure it'll be done by "end of the week". I say great, I'll be in by 5 on Friday. They say no, end of day Saturday. Again, no call, no answer and voicemail is full. So I drive to the store again. They're CLOSED, with a handwritten note taped to the door saying they decided to start their weekend early. Several other ******-OFF customers standing there, too. I needed this chain to work over the Memorial Day weekend. I lost 3 full days of work because of these idiots. When I finally picked up the chain, no apologies at all. And they charged $15, not $12. Never. Going. Back. I'm done with these fools. Don't waste your time and take your business somewhere that cares about its customers!

Good. They didn't have one that fit the bill but they were still quite helpful and took in my old mower.

This is the second time I've had them work on my mower. I went back because the ad said it was under new management. They're very close to me so I was hoping to get better service. But these are the same guys. They always try to sell me a used mower instead of repairing mine. Then they give me attitude and charge $95. They replace the chord, but since this has happened twice now, somethings not working in the engine. But they don't address that. Just do the minimum without any diagnostic. Not what I call customer service. Not even friendly. Twice burned and never going back.

They did a super job, and were so kind and informative. I came in late afternoon, and they checked out the washer, replaced a part, added some oil and I was on my way. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

It took a few tries and some delays, but in the end they did a good job at a good price.  They were willing to deliver, which made a big difference for us, since we don't have a truck.  I think they went above and beyond in the mechanical work. The only areas lacking were communication and speed.

Went quite well. I walked in, said what I wanted and seller pointed me to the appropriate model. He got the mower all ready for me and loaded it into my car. The mower has been terrific.

The guys there were very nice, service was fast and price was reasonable. The mower runs/cuts like new! Only and quot;complaintand quot; is the parking or lack there of. Be prepared to drive around the block a couple times.

Aurora plumbing came out and sent a camera down our sewer line - no charge. All looked pretty good - just a couple of minor breaks at
clean-out locations - only 3-4 feet down - wouldn't be too expensive. But got to the city connection and there was a big break - 13 feet down - big job - back hoe etc. But it needed to be done so they gave us an estimate. Approx 10,000 and then they could add in a and quot;Perma- linerand quot; - but we did not get an estimate for that. We really wanted a liner put in but the estimator said they couldn't do a line with that big break in it. Would have to fix that first then get an estimate for the liner.
Since we have used Aurora plumbing for many years for other projects we decided to go with them - after getting a couple of verbal estimates that seemed close. We set the appointment and they showed up right on time. However - when the manager of the job showed up he said they COULD do the liner instead of just fixing the break and they could fix the breaks at our clean-outs at the same time for the same price quoted. Our neighbor just got a liner done and the price seemed to be in line so we went with that.
The work was done without major impact to our nicely landscaped yard and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly.
The only criticism I have is that after the holes were dug and the work done they had to leave them open for inspection by the city. A whole day went by and nobody let us know what was going on. We had to call them to find out when someone was coming to inspect and then to finish up closing the holes and cleaning up.
One other small issue is that it was very difficult to get written information on the perma-liner. The estimator told us it was guaranteed for 30 years or more but didn't have paperwork to back it up. We knew it was a good product from our research but wanted something in writing as a and quot;selling pointand quot; if/when we sell the house. He finally did provide it but we didn't think we should have had to ask more than once for it.
All-in-all we were very happy with the work - $10K always hurts to spend but we are glad it is done and we don't have to worry about it.

They're great, and the line outside their store goes right around the back. They've been around for a really long time. They do a really good job and they're very customer service oriented. Rather than focusing on getting my money, they focus on getting the equipment fixed and getting it back out there so I can cut my lawn. He fixed my trimmer tool without me even having to take it out of my car. He knew exactly what was wrong with it, and fixed it for me on the spot, at no charge. Considering how many lawn mowers they have all over the place, I'd say their punctuality is good. I got back my lawn mower in a couple of days. I will probably go out there again in a couple of weeks.

They have been in business ages. Over all good service. They give a date that the service will be done and a price and they stick to that. I would recommend.

Had a few issues with my lawn mower and expected to drop it off for repairs. Instead they fixed it immediately while I waited at a very reasonable price. I was quite pleased with the service and would use them again.

Took it to Aurora Mower to have the problem diagnosed and fixed. They promised it would take 1 to 2 weeks. Got a call in 10 days saying the mower was ready. Turned out to be a bad condenser. Price was just about what they had estimated. Mower now works fine. Also got a lecture about not letting mower gas sit around for a long time as it loses much of it's combustibility.
