"Jace inspected the crawl space and presented an estimate. This system is expensive so we wanted all the details. He arrived on time, completed the inspection and explained the CleanSpace system and options available. He answered our questions and showed us pictures he had taken. He also let us know that a heating duct under the house was damaged and that hot air from the furnace was blowing into the crawl space.  Our only surprise was the amount of time this took which was over 2 hours. We had not planned for that amount of time. He was able to schedule the work at our convenience. 
Ramon Morales and his crew arrived on time, prepped the staging area and began to remove the damaged insulation in preparation for the installation. All of the crew were polite, professional, and seemed very motivated to do a good job. Because of the hot air blowing into the crawl space, Ramon asked if I could turn off the furnace to make the crawl space more tolerable for the workers. I shut it off and was glad the weather was mild. They worked from 8-4 that day.
They arrived on time the second day, prepped and began. There were a few problems with a tripped GFI but other than that, it seemed an efficient and productive work day. I again had the furnace off. Ramon suggested I call Tri-County Temp to have the damaged ducts removed to facilitate them working in the tight space and to make arrangements for repair of the ducts. David from Tri-County Temp arrived, inspected, and made an estimate. He suggested I have the work done on the next day but I did not want to go without heat until then. Ramon called Tri-County on my behalf. The scheduler from Tri-County called and was able to make arrangements for David to return that afternoon and make repairs. He was on time and completed the work per his estimate.. He also took the initiative to make a few other repairs to the duct work in other areas of the crawl space. He was polite and professional.
The work was completed by 2pm on the third day. Ramon provided  the warranties and demonstrated and explained the alarm system which would indicate loss of power to the pumps. The crew cleaned the staging area, including the doors and floors. They had been quite carefull so there was not much to clean up but I appreciated their care and thoroughness.
We are very satisfied with the results.

"A delivery truck backed up too far into a loading dock on our business property damaging the wall and causing the overhead door to be inoperable. We had difficulty finding a competent contractor to take on this repair. Within a few days of contacting Tom, he visited the property and had an estimate prepared. We had some concerns about the large amount of deposit that he required. He did explain that obtaining a large deposit has become commonplace among contractors in the area so they will be paid. So we went ahead and sent him a check for the deposit. Once he had received the payment, he started the work within a couple of days and was completely finished in less than two weeks. He kept us informed along the way of his progress. The cost of the repairs seemed reasonable under the circumstances. I would not hesitate to use Tom again."

"The estimator did an overall outside inspection of our foundation, then did an inside survey to measure whether any part of our home had sunk due to foundation failure.  As it turned out, the issue we had, a location where rain water had seeped under the foundation and into our crawl space, was easily repaired and was a repair that I could do myself.  They explained what I would need to do and, while they would be happy to do the work, did not try to hard sell me on them doing the work. They did find that a support for our front porch had receded about 3/4-inch due to soil saturation (an indication of how accurate their measurement gear was) and made recommendations for remediation of the saturation situation as well as repair of the recession.  The bid was a bit more than we could afford at this time, but their explanation of the problem and how they would fix it was clear and convincing.
All-in-all, I was very happy with both their survey and the fixes they suggested.  Their survey was convincingly thorough, they answered all my questions clearly, and there was no pressure to spend a lot of money.

"I was looking for someone to repair a leak where my patio cover met the wall of my garage. I had several estimates but chose this company because they were the only ones to "find" a soft spot in the rest of my roof that "needed" the plywood replaced. Their estimate was $1000 more than anyone else but I figured that was because of the soft spot repair. A $760 down payment was required to start the work. The contractors arrived, proceeded with the work, told me the soft spot was fine and didn't need to be replaced, and finished the next day. Nobody came to inspect the contractors work to make sure all was done. When the bill arrived, I went up to check the work and noticed that not everything was done and it still leaked. I sent a text message to the company. No response. I sent an email the next day and their representative came to my house and confirmed that not all the work was done and they would send the contractors out again,...but it would required another down payment of $1140 this time, even though it wasn't my fault their contractors didn't finish the job. The contractor showed up unexpectedly a week later; nobody had told me they would be arriving that day, and finished the job. The company only took $105 off the final invoice for not needing to repair the soft spot. I could've saved $1000 with someone else and probably had an easier time of it. FYI, this company only guarantees their repair work for 30 days. EDIT 04/24/2023: was offered a $500 refund to remove my reviews or change them to 5 stars. I canâ t figure out how to remove this one so I changed it to 5 stars. I need the cash to find someone else to fix the leak."
