"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. "Jordan and his brother did a great job fixing a water leak at the base of my shower. He contacted me immediately after I started the project at Angi. The next day they arrived at my house promptly and got started right away. Jordan diagnosed the issue quickly after opening a small section of dry wall near the leak. The fix was to re-grout the tiles at the base of the shower and clean up the wet area. I am very happy with the results. And the cost was reasonable. I would certainly contact Jordan again for any future projects."

"Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

"Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!"

"We had an outstanding experience with Sean and Bzr team. From the initial call with Gaby to the finished product. I highly and strongly recommend BZR. We first started with a bathroom addition and ended up with an ADU project which turned out great adding a kitchen and 3/4 bath. It did take time and many changes, I want to thank Sean for his patience. I would absolutely in a blink work with them again. I will upload photos when wife has finished furnishing."
