These varied projects required not only excellent carpentry but also innovative thinking to resolve some of the construction issues involved in this quirky old house. We were expecting to have to replace the deck but he convinced us it would be better, and more cost effective, to instead refinish the old cedar boards, replacing only a few boards--and he was right. He could have charged us more for new decking, but didn't--this impressed us. He's honest, reliable, and good at solving problems."

Another gentleman was sent to re-insulated and belly bonded and worked on the crawlspace, next day came back to take pictures and bought materials for the left side of the house, rebuild it with wood beams and concrete post. 3rd day, bought new screen cover for the air vents around the house, about 8 to 10 of them.
