"They say confession is good for the soul so I will just say upfront they we re-roofed our home ourself this past summer with help from friends. Unfortunately we discovered some major leaking after our last few rainstorms that appeared to originate from our skylight. Thats when we signed up for Angies List and found Warner Roofing. A frantic call to them and Renna scheduled a time for Mike to come over and see what the problem was. Mike was quick to come out to give us an estimate and schedule the job. Renna was a delight to work with in regards to the paperwork and payment. The workers were able to start on the job earlier than anticipated which made my day much easier - Got to LOVE that. I asked one of the workers to check up in our attic area to see if there might be anything else going on. He found tiny watermarks so he inspected the vents on the roof and found that they had not been installed correctly, which was causing tiny amounts of rain to seep in on a hard rain. He put his findings on their work order and said they would let Mike know so he can give us an estimate to fix them. The price they charged to fix our leaking skylight seemed very reasonable for the amount of work that they had to do. And they made sure the yard was free of any debre before they left. We will definitely be using them as needed in the future and recommend them."

"The good experience with Raindrop started with the estimate; Lee was knowedgeable and up front with me about the need to fix my chimney before they could do the roof work; neither of the other roofing contractors had mentioned that. When I accepted their bid, but the work couldn't start for over a month, they held the original price even though the cost of materials had just gone up. When they came to do the work, they were courteous and always willing to answer any questions I had about the process. And Ryan, the owner, is a real sweetheart; he came by at the end to check and make sure I was satisfied, which I definitely was. No issues, no leaks use a local companies shingles, Malarkey roof Manufacturing. Know the company through their quality manager and can say they make great products and ECO- friendly. Then April 2021 we got an unexpected late heavy wet snow. Several branches from those trees broke have and damaged the roof. Who do you think I called? David at Brisco Roofing, of course! When you find a good company with great people, why go anywhere else. I won’t…ever."

"I had eight estimates to do the job, they were the 7th. Estimates ranges from $60k for aluminum down to $30k for the same job they did for $20k. Felipe always answers his phone so don't know what happened with the bad review someone gave them. Our roof is incredibly steep and very large with dramatic lines, being a one level house. The crew was lovely, I left my doors unlocked so they could use the facilities. Not at their request, but at my insistence. By the way, the big selling point for another bid was they brought their own port-a-potty. For 10K more. Expensive potty! They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had a leak where one corner of the gutter wasn't completely calked, they responded immediately. I had reservations, going from shake to shingle, about loosing the architectural aspect of the roof, it turned out beautiful. I'm an analyst (hence the 8 bids) but am so happy to have hired them. In all the contractor experiences we've had in this house, theirs was the best.
