I'm a fan of Warner Roofing. As a realtor it's important to have quality companies to refer my clients to and Warner has always been fantastic for roofing situations. This time I needed a skylight replaced in a rental property so I turned to Warner Roofing and they did not disappoint. They are responsive, professional and do quality workmanship. I will call upon them in the future for all my roofing needs.

Warner Roofing is probably one of my favorite contractors to deal with. Their pricing is fair, their employees are fast, professional and will show up when they say they will. Erica (the office admin) is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I've had several projects done by Warner and will always include them in my bidding process.

Great crew,great attitudes, good follow up best price. Check em out...enough said really but hats off to these guys having had the opposite experience recently on my last home.

There were parts of this job I wanted to talk about, I had dealt with them before and it was frustrating about getting him to come back out. They will  not get my job because I only get to do this once so I need some one to cater to my needs for that purpose. They used to have a good rating with Angie's list, they do not any more from 2 years ago. There are not as many reviews posted for him any more. They would be using good materials. they need better communication about the estimate. They called you back and punctual, courteous. The bids are very complete.

The bid was reasonable was good, they did good work. They charged me more for a different piece of sheathing that was different thickness. They were timely and cleaned up the job site when they were done. They let my renter know when they were coming back and were very good with them. They did not tell me that they had to do something not covered under the contract. I felt that they should have called me or maybe took half the cost. They quality was good and also with the pricing. They should up when they said they would and finished on time.

Finished on time, everything looks great.

 Well organized office. Response is excellent. During  normal hours there is always someone to call / ask questions / get updates on schedule. Due to changing weather, date of work was changing - I always was getting timely updates. The best day was selected in accordance to weather forecast: making sure there is no rain on the installation day, but also at least couple of days after.

I got professional answers to all the questions I had. What is important, I felt I could trust these answers. No upselling for more costly products / services. Honest description ( cons and pros) for all options. There were situation, when the office encourage me not to choose more expensive options as it is not worse the money.

Work was done quickly.  All cleanup was done perfectly. Can not judge on true quality, as I am not a professional roofer, and only  over month passed since installation, but visually roof looks accurately installed, and I have no  obvious issues so far.

My wife and I started a major kitchen remodel on 1-04-2016, the contractor started demolitions on that day and the following week when the freeze occurred followed by heavy rain, we discovered a small leak in the roof just above the kitchen sink area because the ceiling was removed.  I called Warner Roofing and Mike came out to do an inspection.  He said it could be from two different sources, so, he applied some silicone on several shingles and said if the leaking does not stop to call him back.  Two days later the leaking got worse.  So, I called Warners again and they scheduled a work crew to come out the next morning.  A quote of $250 to $350 dollars was given.  The workmen came and replaced a cover and a small section of shingles within 3 hours of arrival.  No more leaks.  I would highly recommend this company and their workers for a job well done.

Twilight did a pitiful job. We had the roof replaced four years ago, maybe five years ago. I got in touch with Warner and they came out. The guy from Twilight came out and informed me that there was nothing that he can do about it. It was my problem. My thought was, you're the gutter guy. I was even willing to pay whatever necessary additional cost to get it right. He found more excuses, that it was my problem instead of working on the concept of customer service trying to take care of the customer. Finally, I was told that there was nothing they could do. I had to spend $550 with another company and they did it right. That was for one gutter. That was almost the same amount that Warner charged to do the whole house guttering. Warner does a great roof job. Don't use the gutter people. Warner Roofing, they were about a mid-range price. We had estimates that were higher, estimates that were lower. They came highly recommended. What is really amazing is all the people who recommended them five years ago, one in particular had used the same company 10 years ago. He definitely would not use Warner ever again. Initially, they were well regarded but now, they're not. Its withing the neighborhood. That's what I kind of rely on, word of mouth, who's used them, impression and what do they think. What;s their experience type of situation. Warner's price range was reasonable. They set a time, they were here and they worked full time. They got the job done, took them a day and a half. I have other considerations now, maybe I will use them again. They wouldn't be my first choice.

They did an excellent job. They took care of all of my concerns. No more leaking! It has improved the heating and cooling in my home. I would highly recommend them!

Warner replaced the roof on our 1250 square foot home in one day.  The communication was fantastic leading up and the job and getting details on down payments.  The only break down in communication was that they had a chance to start the work a day before we had planned on it and the crew showed up unannounced at 7:30am a day early to get started.  The work was completed in just one day, and they left no evidence that they had been there.  All the debris was cleaned up and we are so happy with the work.  Warner was by far the lowest bid out of 5 that we had done and have family that has used them in the past and we are glad we chose them to do the work.

The job went well. He gave me a professional quote in advance. They showed up on time. The roofing project went quickly and they did a nice clean-up afterwards. There were no real issues with the job, that I know of. They found a lot of rotten plywood that they had to replace. All in all, it was a good, clean, professional job that was done well. I got three quotes for their job, and their prices were competitive. I had one issue. I had a satellite dish that I wanted completely removed, but they ended up reinstalling it.

They did a great job, came on time and were clean. They picked up everything including the nails. They cleaned the garage because it after the roof was done all of the debris had gone there, they blew it clean. They also cleaned the patio and the driveway. I also like them because they have a 10 year warranty. I had no problems with the roof and I have had tons of rain since the repair. He was recommended by several people that had mentioned they were pleased.
