"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. Their planning, thoughtfulness to our needs, price is why we chose them. As the summer heat spikes, we don’t regret our choice and are glad that our home is an oasis. Every time they come out, we ask for more things to be done than what was agreed to and every time they work to extra hard to get it all done. They go the extra mile in doing some simple projects for free and giving advice on how to lower our costs as new homeowners. Another company quoted me an outrageous price for a major air conditioning repair that I did not need; Milo was completely honest and professional with me -- and fixed my air conditioning unit for one-tenth the price I would have paid the other company (whose estimator was "out on the golf course" when I called for help).
