"I'd give Milo ten stars if I could! Another company quoted me an outrageous price for a major air conditioning repair that I did not need; Milo was completely honest and professional with me -- and fixed my air conditioning unit for one-tenth the price I would have paid the other company (whose estimator was "out on the golf course" when I called for help). "Aaron is a consummate professional along with being a truly "nice guy". He was happy to allow me to watch as he diagnosed my propane furnace problems, and shared his reasons with me as to what he was doing. My furnace had been attempting to start, then would shut down before starting up again, sometimes not successfully. After fixing a limit switch problem, he checked the burner venturi's which were clean. Then he checked the propane pressure and found that it was lower than the recommended value for the furnace. After adjusting the pressure, the furnace worked properly. Aaron also checked my gas fireplace and found that a switch was out of position, preventing the controls from working properly. Aaron was friendly, professional, competent and reasonable. I would highly recommend him for any work of furnaces or other HVAC Equipment."

"I originally hired Carpet Police to clean the carpets in my house. They were the first to respond when I got on Angie's List. Somehow, Carpet Police got usurped by another company called Arizona Island. Arizona Island did a terrible job and I called Carpet Police, again, to please come and repair the bad carpet cleaning that was done. Carpet Police did as good a job as I could possible expect to fix what went wrong. Alfonso was efficient, friendly, wore his mask when he was inside and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."
