"Jonas called me to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual, professional, and very accommodating with my request for a no contact inspection. During the inspection, he phoned me and described possible problem areas on the structure as well as texting me photos of those areas. He said there was evidence of mice having been there, but no recent activity, so all we had to do was seal off some possible entry points. He recommended a repair person to help with the work.
