After realizing I wanted & needed regular service, I wanted to go local. It was very hard to coordinate the original appointment. Once he finally got to my house, he did a grade job. The other company never went in my crawl space in the 15 months they serviced my home. Sterlings winter service is all about going in my crawl space, spraying & checking for problems. Very impressed."
