Mike Smith is a very nice and with rich experience guy. He gave me a lot of good advice. His workers worked professionally and cleaned up all the work areas. I am very satisfied with the job. And I will refer him to my friends.

Had Mike come look at our windows with intent to replace some of them. He called to tell me he was running a few minutes late (not a block of time but an exact time - how rare is that!). He was great about giving me info and recommended that we not replace them but get existing windows repaired instead. Wow! Blown away that he would trade the sale for honest recommendation in the best interest of customer.

Mike was extremely helpful when I called him with a few general questions about reducing the draft/noise coming from a couple of our skylights. After a few questions, he let me know it was a relatively simple job and educated me as to what I would need to do to fix the problem. His advice and honestly allowed me to save a lot of money, time, and headache. After a quick trip to the hardware store and about ten dollars of materials, no draft & no noise. He easily could have come out to do the work himself and appropriately charged for material & labor (maybe a couple hundred dollars), but instead was straight forward with what was really needed and has since won over a customer for life. One of the panes on our double pane tempered glass skylight shattered the other night in our kids bathroom. I called around to several roofing companies, but all of them were busy, and/or only replaced skylights as part of roofing jobs. I called Mike @ Superior Glass, and he had a used skylight he sold me for $250, which they came and installed 2 days later. Much appreciate the prompt service, it looks great, and it saved me serious $$$.

The quote was the most reasonable and the quality of work was impeccable. His crew replaced all the windows in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Our condo association has strict color and appearance specifications for replacement windows and Mike's work left cause for complaint.

A few weeks ago I managed to jam one of the windows through my own fault (I slid it open it too hard). I called Mike and he agreed to drive down and fixed my window the very next day. He also refused to accept any payment for his trouble. Recommended with no hesitations.

Everything was completed in one day and a year later every installation  excellent.
