"They installed our AC/Heat Pump 9.5 years ago on a 10 year warranty. We had the motor burn up and smoke (even when the technician was out testing) and they refused to replacement because it still worked. They said the problem was a solenoid for the coil. I don't know about you but I don't want an electrical motor continually smoking. And to add insult to injury, they were going to charge me $800 for a 1 hour job to replace the solenoid with a 1 month warranty. Don't trust then to be reasonable and/or responsible!"

"They installed our AC/Heat Pump 9.5 years ago on a 10 year warranty. "My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."
