Dec. 2018 - Best Plumbing was able to dispatch a plumber within 6 hours for a non-emergency repair. For MY security, appreciate that I received a text with a photo and name of the plumber once he was enroute to my home. Kurt made suggestions re: repair with cost of each, and leaking valve was quickly repaired. I'm one satisfied repeat customer. Will call for future repairs.

City/Utility work collapsed the far end of our 170ft side-sewer and we only found out when the city notified us. The city notice was "delayed in the mail" and we found out when the city showed up at our doorstep on the evening of the day before Thanksgiving, with only a week left before citations would have been issued. The city inspector was reasonable, but we got right on it. We managed to get three quotes, the week of Thanksgiving: $35,000; $25,000; and $10,000 from Best Plumbing (repair of the collapsed pipe and installation of clean-outs at the top and bottom of the downhill 120ft portion of the run.) We took Best's bid and they got right on it that weekend. They had the line back in service in just a few days, with the installation of the new clean-outs over the next week. There were no surprises, the work looks clean and very professional, and we've had no further issues.

They were good; they were great. They were an A; they were awesome. The installer was fantastic! It took about an hour for them to complete the job, pretty quick. I would use them again. They were good.

It was fixed, but a week later was backed up again. They came back to fix and did some work that should have been "part of warranty", but charged us again (over $600.00 more) (stating they found another problem) and suggested a further repair for $1200.00. I contested the second charge and and also questioned if we really needed the expensive further work. After this they reversed the second charge and the representative at the company was very reasonable. I had someone else come in who advised the $1200.00 work was unnecessary and did standard roto-rooting, so good to get second opinion.

It was $9,000 worth of work. I went to several other plumbers and I got bids from a couple others and they gave me different stories about how they wanted to do it. Some wanted to dig it up and other things, but this was the way to go.

Not good. The first plumber, Willie, did a completely bad job -- everything was wet, old caulking wasn't removed, new caulking had big globs and was all over the floor in some places and nonexistent in others. When I reported this to Best Plumbing, they insisted sending Willie back over my objection. Willie was extremely rude to me and left without fixing the toilet. After many phones calls, Best agreed to send another plumber but not until a time that was several days later and inconvenient for me. The only other option offered to me was to wait over the weekend. Since my toilet had already been unusable for a week thanks to Willie, I agreed to the inconvenient time. The second plumber (Aaron), had to completely redo Willie's work. He was very careful and methodical and I feel now that the wax ring was installed correctly. So instead of doing the work that I paid for correctly on the initial service call, as I expected, it took two more service calls. After Aaron, I have not heard any explanation from Best Plumbing.

After making the wise choice to purchase the discounted coupon that Best Plumbing offered on Angie's list, everything went smoothly. From the initial phone call (to set up an appointment) to completion of the job I was convinced that my loyalty to another local company (we'll call them Wouth Sest Plumbing) was a one-way street where price is concerned.

They are better....one faucet wouldn't run, now it does. The hot water is slow but it works. The tub faucet leaked a lot, and still does, but it's better and I use it to water house plants. Cost a lot less than I thought it would.

It's not a good experience when I purchase the deal I told the company that my bathroom downstairs bathroom the water doesn't go through and so they charge me so I think they sent somebody over there when the plumber was there he was checking I already told them it's a house that during the sleep and no body's there and the guy he turned the water when I see some debris over there he said the food and I said that's no way it's not the food because there is nobody home I just go there to check the kitchen and turn the water in the kitchen from that I realize the person it is not very knowledgeable and so he sees anyway he did I told him when the water when I am home the water in the sink in the bathroom sometimes the bathtub it would make sink make the bubbling sound and so he did check and the bathtub he open the I see him open some stuff on the bathtub and do the clean up and he said okay it's all done and we didn't turn the water keep checking I didn't verified I think couple days later I found the same issue water still did not go through so I called them they said oh they already did the job so it's not their responsibility anymore I asked that they send somebody to check it but that's their response and so they said them to go there I have someone different I have to pay it again unless I have the same person to come and so I see at this point I am going have my friend to check it so my friend check and see, I see my friend didn't know what was going on so later on my husband contracted a friend who went to my house and so I asked them my contractor friend who is called the best plumber for me and tell them that the best plumber was saying something very complicating so my friend told them what the issue should be and we should wait to assess the page from something very easy from the laundry room area so the best plumbers said okay they will oh my contractor friend said oh maybe you should do something like camera to check it so the best plumber said I have to pay another I think over three hundred dollars something to have the person to come. The guy went in and he brought another person come with him and he used the camera try to check and they both spend there the first time they about maybe one hour and ten minutes or something the second time spent. They want me to pay three hundred fifty they want me to pay another three hundred and fifty dollars, the first time they charge me two hundred ninety five or something, it's very expensive I have water just in the sink it shouldn't charge that much even the first guy the guy come he said oh maybe you should do some deep cleaning stuff and I am thinking about doing job like this this is sometime should be very common in the home I mean it's not very difficult job they shouldn't charge that much.

There were some things that they did well. The price was fair. Everything that I needed them to respond to as parts of the job was not perfect, they responded to it rather quickly.

I wound up spending $250 or $300 when everything was said and done. They were knowledgeable and fast. The work was done efficiently. I did not get any upselling.

Best plumbing does a real good job they are very knowledgeable did a great job but if you don't have that number or that coupon or whatever it is they wont give you the discount I wrote out a bill because he stood there watching, looking at me and I said this suppose to be a reduction on this I have already paid a hundred and something add dollars he said well I don't have anything on it and I said they didn't notify you or something he said well I don't know anything about it and if I reduce that here you write me a cheque and the only thing that my boss isn't going to like that when I take it into him and I said okay I called you guys and nobody answered two times I called you and nobody still answer so what happen was I said I will write you out a cheque for the whole thing. but the must important thing is they do good work.

The price wasn’t discussed and I had called them. The cost turned out to be $540. They did a good job. The company should have provided a price list. It was an outside faucet because they had to go under the house. They installed a faucet.
