There were a lot of stairs and a couple needed a bit of fine tuning after the job was finished, but Tobias was there the same day I called to make the adjustments. Tobias and his long time helper were efficient and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. They took out the old carpet and some of the padding and disposed of it for us. Before the job began, Tobias pulled up carpet here and there to check the condition of the pad. Most of it  did not need replacement (except the stairs)  which was a savings.
