Joe, from the get go, was professional and informative. He was crystal clear on precleaning instructions. Joe was punctual and operational in minutes. Joe did an exceptional cleaning of our stairs, loft and 2 bedrooms. It had been some time from the last cleaning. We were pleasantly surprised with the results. We had a handyman present working on another project and he verbally commented on what a great job Joe had done. We received a follow up call to check on the job performed. Joe was extremely diligent with every step of his carpet cleaning process. Our 20 year old cat often missed the litter box, causing the carpet to smell, regardless of using our carpet cleaner regularly. Joe did a thorough job of pretreatment, steam cleaning, water extraction, and raking the carpet to cause more rapid drying. It no longer has any lingering smell, for which I am so grateful! I would hire him again for sure!

Joe was amazing! I have had my carpets cleaned over the years, but never as thoroughly and as well as Joe did. He takes pride in his work in a way that is often not seen these days. After eight years in this home Joe made our carpets look like brand new. My only regret is that I am moving out of state and won’t have access to the best carpet cleaner you could possibly hire in the Snohomish county area.

Joe’s communication was top notch. He also worked hard with a high quality of work. He was reasonably priced. I am so happy to have found a contractor I can trust and am looking forward to hiring him again.

When I read about Joe and his business before deciding to contact him, I was particularly impressed when he described himself as being hard working. That is a very rare commodity in this day and age. Joe proved himself to be VERY hard working … courteous, thorough, good attention to detail. My job was small, but Joe put just as much heart into it as he would have were it a big-money job.
