Matt and Ed replaced a compression tank for us. They returned our phone calls, they showed up when they said they would, they did what they said they were going to do, they were friendly and professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they gladly shared information. They even replaced a filter for us at no extra charge, even though that wasn't part of the original proposal. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. I'm really glad to have found them and happy to recommend them.

Water Systems & Pump Services provided us with outstanding service in upgrading our entire community well system. They were professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and were pleasant to interact with while here. They are extremely knowledgeable and described our options to us with transparency and detail. They replaced our aged submersible and booster pumps and installed an intellidrive system. They were prompt and responsive with reasonable costs. I highly recommend their service!

Well pump installed, ran silty water and eventually clogged pump and all lines into my house. Matt was out to fix the well, charged me fully. I had to backflush my house and drain water heater. I wanted to know how to fix the silt in water issue. I was told they could re- pull the pump, very expensive or try filters. The filters didnt work. They advertise a comprehensive service, i dont feel that is accurate as i still have lots of silt in the water and they seem done with me.

There were no problems at all. They were very helpful and responsive to my questions. Their price was fair.

The experience did not go well at all. It was taking them an extremely long time to complete the work, and it was difficult to make contact with them regarding the work itself. Ultimately, we had to involve an attorney as well as an additional engineer. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Even though we have a generator (which is supposed to keep the well working) we were out of water by the 3rd day of the power outage. When the power came back on it still didn't work so I found this company on Angie's list. Eric called me back early Monday morning and I explained the problem to him. He said he had a couple of jobs in front of us but would be out to help in the early afternoon.

He came by about 2:00 pm and worked for over 2 hours to get the problem fixed. Our pump house is several hundred feet down at the bottom of a hill on our property in the woods. There was a lot of trees and debris on the road to the pumphouse from the storm so my husband helped clear the way with his chainsaw. Eric tested the electrical and everything at the pump. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. My husband said he was very friendly and very informative about how the pump works and what the problem was.

The price seems a bit high at first glance but I still gave them an 'A' for Price because he worked for a long time. We will definitely use this company again if we ever have problems with our well.

The job was done efficiently and professionally. Could probably have saved some money by buying the pump myself and having them install it, but there is something to be said for convenience.. I would use their services again should the opportunity arise.

Our well stopped working, so the three houses on the community well had no water. I found this company on Angie's List and called them early in the morning after a long holiday weekend. I received a call within an hour and Matt was at my house an hour later. He did a thorough evaluation and determined it was an electrical problem and nothing wrong with the well itself or the pump. Because this company also has licensed electricians, they were able to do the work right then and fixed the problem. Matt also let me know that the well and pump were operating fine, and he did a quick review of the tanks and filters at our house and gave me his thoughts on this. It is really hard to find quality and qualified companies for pump and well work, and I could not be happier with this company. The fact it is a family business also provided me confidence, because you were actually dealing with the people who own the company. Their Website is very helpful also.

My experiences both times was fantastic. When my pump quit, my call was return promptly and an appointment was scheduled straight away. They were on time, polite and fixed everything quickly. I couldn't have asked for anything more. On the frozen night, I had called another 'plumber' who said that they could not help with frozen pipes. I called "Water Systems and Pump Service, Ltd." late in the day and they called me back within the hour and were onsite within two hours. I couldn't have asked for better service. While I hope I don't have to call them in the near future, I'm thrilled to know I can and they will again be prompt, courteous and get the job done properly and quickly. All business should be like this, if they were I'm sure the world would be a much happier place!!!
