"HelloMember, Ed & I have been scratching our heads as to figure out who you are. We looked in our computer and have no record of having doing any work for you. We also searched thru our invoices for all of 2005 of work done in Puyallup and nothing. We think that you have the wrong company and have left a negative comment with the wrong contractor."
He came by about 2:00 pm and worked for over 2 hours to get the problem fixed. Our pump house is several hundred feet down at the bottom of a hill on our property in the woods. There was a lot of trees and debris on the road to the pumphouse from the storm so my husband helped clear the way with his chainsaw. Eric tested the electrical and everything at the pump. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. My husband said he was very friendly and very informative about how the pump works and what the problem was.
The price seems a bit high at first glance but I still gave them an 'A' for Price because he worked for a long time. We will definitely use this company again if we ever have problems with our well.
