I called up Affordable Restoration and they helped me through the whole process. They also referred me to a fantastic public adjuster who took care of the whole claim for me. Gave an excellent consult that didn't feel rushed nor about just making money (instead.. doing it right!). The actual remediation (all the dry wall in the bathroom, cutting new electrical holes, etc was done to perfection with a clean air test and no debris. They respected HOA rules and they got all this scheduled after permits. It was a seamless stress-free process and ironically it was also the most affordable."
