Chad arrived early and had already organized himself by the time I arrived. He reviewed every system, structure, room, appliance, etc with a high level of professional confidence. Chad went above what I am used to in dealing with professional inspectors in that he encourages his clients to be on site and literally will explain everything while he is inspecting. He is a wealth of knowledge with his maintenance and safety tips. Chad is a top level home inspector and worth every penny. Very personable and helpful to boot. Look no further.

We were unable to complete the inspection because the crawl space was completely flooded. What a blessing to find this before purchasing the home. If seller remedies the situation we will continue with the inspection. If not, we will find another home. But the one thing I am sure of, I'll be in touch with this Win home inspector. Because we were unable to complete the inspection, he didn't charge me a penny. Is that amazing or what!

We moved from Florida to Washington and were not sure what to look for in a house that we were considering for purchase. Chad was inspecting another house in the neighborhood when we stopped him and asked him many questions. We were impressed with his patience and knowledge so when it was time for our inspection, we contacted him. He talked us through what his inspection would include, how long it would take and what his report would contain. He had no problem with us following him around and asking questions. He explained every issue to us as soon as he discovered it and suggested possible services but remained neutral on providers. His final report was very detailed and we used it to obtain a substanial discount on our final purchase price. Our Realtor was impressed with his professionalism and we would highly recommend him to any of our friends, especially those moving from Florida!

Some people were thinking of selling their home for which I recommended we have prelisting inspection. Joshua came out and provided a detailed report with color photos looking at all the major systems. He was clear in his write up. He showed up early and got us the report quickly. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This is not the first time I've used his service nor will it be the last!

He was very thorough. He prioritized the things that needed to be done now and those that could wait. He was very professional and gave a 27 page report. We are very pleased with his service and would use him again.

I contacted Jeff via email and scheduled via the phone. Jeff returned a call to answer detailed questions about the inspection. He showed up right on time at 10 am for our Saturday appointment. His approach was thorough and he answered my questions and made recommendations for ongoing maintenance as we moved through the unit. He also looked at common area spaces and the roof since there was access - so beyond what he had to do. The email report was in my mail within 3 hours of his leaving the condo. Jeff and Stacy were both very polite and responsive. They answered any question I had and a few I hadn't thought of. The promptness of the report enabled me to meet a contract deadline, which was very helpful.

He was great. Very personable and he called back right away. He was very thorough in his work. Cost is by the 1/2 hour.
