This is the worst company. They make you pay upfront and then do not show up on the scheduled date. No phone call nothing. When I called in there was no apology, they just tried to get you to reschedule. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very friendly and work done as asked

Went great. I contacted them by phone, they did the testing when I wasn’t home, they sent Seattle a copy of the test results, they sent me a bill and a copy of the results, and I paid them. Extremely simple.

Went well. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional on the phone and via email. The technician was right on time for our appointment.

They did a fine job. They were fine. I have used them for a couple of years now. The job went fine. It was all done with email and electronic payment. So we needn't even have to be there. They are on the approved list for the city we live in. They have clearly done work for other folks in the area. They are very reasonable in price compared to other folks, because I had other people do it and the cost was $90-$100. I find that the value for the money is quite good. It's a breeze working with them because they come, do their thing, they bill us, we pay them, and it's done. It's all very convenient electronically. I have never met a single human being actually. They were out in our yard, but I have never met anybody, which is fine. They were there when they said they would be, but it didn't hardly matter most of the time. With regard to professionalism, they are just a breeze to deal with from my point of view. The only thing that might drive us away from it is if we were to upgrade the irrigation system. They did or didn't do the job; the people who did it would include a year's worth of maintenance; that would probably be the only reason. I would definitely use them. I have used them two or three years in a row now. Unless something drastic happens, I will continue to use them.

They did a fine job. It tookthem 3.5 hours -- I was impressed with their speed! They've got great prices on their backflow too.
