"Failed to complete contract. Improper installation of rain gutters resulting in over flow of water causing erosion of soil around foundation. Failed to install flashing around chimney causing water to leak in under Steel roof panels. Failed to install flashing on gable where garage roof meets the side of house causing water to leak in under steel roof panels. Failed to install a boot over vent pipe causing leaks. Steel panels are fastened down on wood strapping which will rot in time if continually soaked. Snow guards are improperly installed. we did not pay $1200 for gutter covers that he turned upside down and forced into gutters. We had to pay for someone to take them out. They were holding debris. Paid $20,000 for a roof that is a nightmare in every way. Have contacted Attorney Generals office regarding a scam against two seniors. He will not make anything right."
