We moved to this 4yr old home NH 2015 and all been sick even RESCUE ANIMALS. Jan2018, I was incapacitated, dizzy, in&out çonsciousness thinking flu???my rescue CATS howling PAWING acting like never b4.I already am disabled hospital bedridden and my bedroom above oil FURNACE room.We didn't know but FURNACE FIRE oil soot CARBON MONOXIDE (none of detectors went off BC dummies,electric not REAL wires).CLEANWAY SERVICES,ABSOLUTE RESOURCES (MOLD),yes mold SEVERAL all over&affected our health detrimental 2us&animals, LIBERTY MUTUAL EXCELLENT. I KNOW MOLD NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE yet everything with OIL SOOT had MOLD. Despite central exchanger, central ionizer,12 HEPA Uv air filtration units for home 2000sqft, several MOLDS DESTROYING 38yrs of memories and collectibles can't replace.BEN&STAFF AT CLEANWAY SERVICES ALWAYS ACCOMODATING PROFESSIONAL SUPERB SERVICES.DONT HIRE ANYONE BUT CLEANWAY SERVICES esp.Ben &staff VT

Cleanway Services cleaned our office carpets, including removal of multiple stains that we were unsure could be removed at all. Their technician was professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. He efficiently cleaned all of our carpets in under two hours. They were quick to answer any questions we had and were very flexible when we needed to reschedule. I would highly recommend Cleanway Services and would use them again in the future.

Cleanway responded within the hour to my emergency call on CHRISTMAS DAY when my family and I awoke to find out basement had flooded. A pipe had burst filling our finished basement with water. The team came in, extracted the water, tore up the carpet in my sons bedroom and the wood flooring in our game room. Drying the basement took about four days where Cleanway then came in and replaced all of the wood flooring and the carpets in my son's bedroom. They did a professional job and they made this holiday disaster so much easier to get through for my family.

My insurance company paid them out around 9000 to get the work done. They didn't flash the floor so it came out with ripples and they said they would repair the job they messed up for an additional 1000. Now they're trying to get another 3000 from me. I have turned them in to the BBB and they are still sending bills to me.

They showed up promptly. They removed all carpets quickly. Installed a ventilation system to remove the smell. Also cleaned the mess from the suicide. But without permission they removed the floor. Personally im glad they removed it, I would have told them to do so because it was ruined. But they should have asked for permission. Extremely unprofessional. They covered body fluids with paint instead of removing the problem. When they removed the floor, they cut it uneven and removed support beams. So we are left with a hole in the floor and the closet frame is unsupported. I hired a new carpenter to come look at it and he said it was a mess and they would have to jack it up and piece it back together. I would say that this company IS a good CLEANING company but NEVER hire them for any type of carpentry work!!!! They are unprofessional and uneducated.
