"We didn’t do any work for you this year at all. We have not performed any work for you since Sept 2023. And at that time you were happy with the service as my husband asked you at that time. I have no female cleaning techs working for us other than myself as the owners wife. And I don’t go out to clients homes ever. So I am. Not sure whom you hired but it was not us.
