I come from a family of builders, developers, remodelers, electricians, appraisers, realtors, and many other trades in the building industry. My father, who taught me the trades, is a master developer, architect, designer, and builder. He has some of the highest-selling properties in my hometown in California. I grew up working alongside him and other family members framing, building new houses, and renovating old ones.
