When I contacted them I was immediately met with denial and questions about the upkeep of my home. The final straw was a text where the owner said ?we cannot be responsible of everything now that is wrong at your home?. Our home is a $670k house that we work hard for and meticulously maintain. I am gonna buy 2 outlets ($30 each) and have the work done to repair our outlets. This is not about the cost. Very disappointed."
