I was able to get a quote on materials from another lumber provider, but Kevin was able to get the same quote from a more local provider. The work included removal and carry off of the old wood decking material and replacement with the synthetic decking. The finished product looks great!"

Last year he fixed a hole in my ceiling drywall (after plumber had to make a repair), and managed to match the 20 year old textured ceiling. He installed an attic fan to help cool the attic for the central air unit, and arranged for shiny new A/C ductwork to be installed (old stuff was 25+ years old and moldy!). Very happy with this contractor and will definitely use him again in the future."
