"Prouty did a great job on the chimney liners and ultimately the chimney cap repair. I rated them a C on responsiveness and professionalism specifically for an issue related to finishing the chimney cap in April when the weather conditions allowed for the repair. We financed the project over a six month period. I had requested that they provide pictures of the finished work including the chimney cap. Other companies we have used in the past provide before and after pictures. However, we were told that because they had already completed the chimney cap repair, they would not return to take pictures. It wasn't until we withheld the final payment that they agreed to return and provide pictures; only to find out that the work had not been completed. They were apologetic about the error in the paperwork, but I can't help thinking if we had not withheld the final payment, we would have been unaware that the repair had not been completed. I believe I would hire them again, but would have to make sure to verify the completed work."

"GREAT!! Dave Boyers came out to inspect and repair a gas fireplace that had not been working for 15 years. He worked for two hours trying to get the old Heatilator fixtures working but could not succeed. He told me that I'd have to find someone else to effect the repairs. An hour later he called me to say that he found the replacement fixtures on eBay. Today he installed the new parts, cleaned the fireplace inside and out (including the glass plate), fixed a gas leak, tested and inspected the system, and reinstalled all the hardware and screen and left the work area spotless. When he left my house after unsuccessfully making the initial repairs I did not think (nor did I ask) he would seek out the correct replacement parts. But he did, which shows his true dedication to his trade and his professionalism to his customers. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dave Boyers for any and all fireplace repairs and services. Plus, he provided me with sound advice on how to keep the system working and how to test it for functionality."

It was an emergency situation because the forecast called for rain the next day. When I went on Angies List to get someone American Group Construction was the first to reply. Isai was able to come out the same day and place the tarp on the roof. I was so impressed with the professionalism I wanted them to fix the roof. He was very nice and professional. He went over what needed to be done and worked with me with respect to the home insurance company. He kept in touch with me throughout the process and was on time. The work was done as scheduled and was completed on time. I was very pleased with Isai and American Group Construction. I would definitely recommend them for work."

These additions have many peaks, valleys and an area of flat roof.
